Mr. Sushant is an alumnus of Delhi Technological University(DCE) and IIM Lucknow. In the course of his exciting career spanning across two decades, he has managed the sales teams for Motorola, Tata & PepsiCo, contributing to their growth. He has managed Trade Marketing for the entire PepsiCo Portfolio for Modern Trade and On-Premise, and also handled Sales for e-commerce in India. He also managed inspirational brands like Gatorade, Lipton, and has launched Sting Energy Drink in India. He is currently managing Nutrilite, a 1000 crore brand, that contributes more than 50% of the revenue of Amway India.
Interacting with budding professionals and student communities through guest lectures, sharing marketing book summaries, and round the clock, digital mentorship over LinkedIn keeps him abreast of thought-challenge and is his way of giving back to society.

Having an experience of 10 years now across media and communications, product management, and corporate branding, he is currently leading Media and PR at Asian Paints. Prior to this, he worked as Product Brand Manager and Corporate Brand Manager at Asian Paints. Mr. Rohan has worked as a Senior Account Manager at Reliance Broadcast limited and also as Media Planner at Madison Media.
Having worked in a media agency, media network, and corporate, he understands the power of new product innovations and media – offline and online and its impact on consumers. He is a firm believer in the rapid changes taking place in the ways media is consumed today and the shift that is bringing power in the hands of the user.

Mr. Sarda has close to two decades of diversified expertise in Retail, Housing, Digital, Content, and Commerce. He was an integral part of the start-up team of Big Bazaar and headed the marketing function for Future Retail. He has adroitly spearheaded online and offline for all Future Group formats, and also driven e-commerce businesses.
Mr. Sarda has been honoured as the Digital Marketing Leader by the Internet and Mobile Association of India, and Marketer of the Year–Retail at the International Advertising Association Leadership Awards.
